If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to assisting you with Exchanges, Returns, or Repairs. Returns

  • Refunds: We offer refunds for any reason within 30 days of receiving the products, provided they are free from damage caused by the customer. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Exchange Returns: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you.
  • Please contact us via email to request a return address before shipping your item back.
  • We cannot issue a refund under the following circumstances:
  1. Sending products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Choosing the cash on delivery return method.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the desired item after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive your returned item.
  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
